Bara Karigari ships to all major cities across India. International shipping is available for select countries. Please contact us for more details on international orders.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary based on location:

• Domestic (within India): 10-15 business days
• International: 15-20 business days to the port of origin

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, customs, or natural disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with our shipping partners and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund. Also Please capture video proof to show that the product was damaged before the package was opened.

6. Returns & Exchanges
For information on returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
