1. Returns
At Bara Karigari, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted marble items. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at barakarigari@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and the address for returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at barakarigari@gmail.com and provide details of the defect or damage.
6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
